    WELCOME TO SUTHIES

      Dear Parents, Visitors and Learners

Welcome to our school, a place filled with promise, purpose, and possibility.

Our shared journey is strengthened by the partnership of parents, staff, and learners and together we pursue excellence in academics and personal growth, for both learner and educator. We believe that every learner thrives when participation is valued and encouraged. From classrooms to sports fields to cultural activities and to leadership development, balance remains at the heart of our approach—supporting both well-being and achievement.

We encourage learners to grow intellectually while nurturing their emotional and social health. With rapidly changing times, preparing for the future is more important than ever and we aim to equip every learner with skills in critical thinking, collaboration, and creativity. Preparing the learner for the world that awaits, is not only our main objective, but also each educators wish!

And so, as a school we stand ready, to guide, mentor, and inspire throughout the year. To our parents, your partnership strengthens the foundation of our school community and together, we create an environment where every child can succeed. As Helen Keller reminds us, “Alone we can do so little; together we can do so much.”

Being part of our school is not only belonging but also being part of a family!

    Yours Sincerely

    Mr A. van der Merwe
